At times we need a helping hand to help us cope and work through those challenges. My primary interest is a strength-based, holistic approach in working with those experiencing difficulty due to unexpected challenges faced in their daily lives. In a relaxed, confidential environment you will be able to find your way through these personal challenges that hold you back. Through encouragement, guidance and support I will help you to take back control of your life and assist you with the tools you need to become healthy and happy once again.
